What does a treatment involve?

• On your first visit you will have a thorough history and examination done. Once your problem has been diagnosed you will receive a treatment. 
• Treatments can involve gentle chiropractic adjustments, activator techniques and soft tissue muscle release (massage) .
• Advise on ice, heat, stretching and strengthening will be given as necessary.
• We may also advise on imaging  eg X-rays or MRIs
